Mr. Vivekanand K, the founder & CEO, is a pioneer in the custom implants field and was among the first in India to manufacture patient-specific Implants. He completed his research work in Organogenesis and Tissue Engineering from the prestigious Stephenson Research Center affiliated with the University of Oklahoma in USA. He was awarded full scholarship for his research work and has also been recognized by the university for his contribution to excellence in research. He was involved in developing cellular tissues and organs in-vitro using nano-technology principles in a cross-functional field. His passion for technology and dedication to develop affordable medical implants for the Indian public enabled him to start MediCAD Implants.
